正电子的异常磁矩测量至0.20 ppm

摘要:费米实验室的为跑在2019和2020年的新推算的正负子磁素(g-2)测量结果。我们分析的正负子跃迁比2018年的数据多了四倍多。由于更好的跑动条件、更稳定的束流以及对正负子分布进行加权的磁场知识以及修正了束流动力学效应的异常进动频率的改善,系统误差降低了两倍以上。通过比值ωa/ω'p,结合精确确定的外部参数,我们确定了amu=116592057(25)×10-11(0.21 ppm)。将这一结果与我们以前在2018年数据的结果相结合,我们得到了amu(FNAL)=116592055(24)×10-11(0.20 ppm)。新的实验世界平均值为amu(Exp)=116592059(22)×10-11(0.19 ppm),相对于精度提高了一倍。
