在CERN n_TOF设施中测量从亚热能到800 keV的$^{14}$N(n,p)$^{14}$C截面
摘要:测量14N(n,p)14C的截面,从热能到谐振区域的范围内的首次单次测量,并包括第一共振的特征化,为Maxwell平均截面(MACS)提供计算。方法:时间飞行技术。使用CERN的中子时间飞行(n_TOF)设施的实验区域2(EAR-2)。 $^{10}$B(n,${alpha}$)$^7$Li和$^{235}$U(n,f)反应作为参考。同时运行两个检测系统,一个在束流上,另一个在束流外。用R矩阵代码sammy描述共振。结果:从亚热能到800 keV的能量范围内测量了截面,解析了两个第一共振(分别在492.7和644 keV处)。得到的热截面(1.809$pm$0.045 b)比最近两次测量略低一个标准偏差,但与ENDF/B-VIII.0和JEFF-3.3评估一致。确认了截面在几十keV的中子能量范围内与1/v能量依赖性。第一个共振在492.7 keV处的低能尾巴比评估值建议的要低,而整体共振强度与评估一致。结论:我们的实验首次在广泛的能量范围内确定了14N(n,p)截面。我们从亚热能到800 keV获得了高精度(2.5\%)的截面数据,并使用这些数据计算了kT = 5到kT = 100 keV的MACS。
