HoFeO₃的磁相图解析
摘要:外磁场下进行了HoFeO3单晶的中子衍射研究。外磁场、Dzyaloshinsky-Moria反对称交换和Fe和Ho子晶格内部以及Fe子晶格内部的各向同性交换相互作用之间的相互作用交织在一起,提供了丰富的相图。通过晶体内部交换相互作用和外部磁场的平衡,我们发现了8种不同的磁相,这些相的产生或被磁场抑制。
